광명 시흥에 6번째 3기 신도시 조성…부산•광주엔 중규모 택지

The South Korean government has selected new sites for around 100-thousand new public housing units as part of its plans aimed at cooling the overheated real estate market.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said on Wednesday that it has chosen the cities of Gwangmyeong and Siheung in Gyeonggi-do Province as the sites for around 70-thousand new homes.
Outside the capital area, the ministry has also announced sites for around 18-thousand homes in Busan and 13-thousand in Gwangju.
