The climate in the Canary Islands

 

The perfect climate is an anomaly caused by many factors – the Atlantic Ocean, Neighbouring Africa, northern winds, mountainous topography of the islands themselves. All of this results in an everlasting spring/summer. The water temperature is kept at around 22-25 ° C, and even in the winter it rarely drops below 12-15 ° C.

What to see in the Canary Islands?

The largest and most popular of the Canary Islands- Tenerife. Famous for its black beaches and the beautiful volcano Teide. Traditional Canarian food

Jacket potatoes  is a true staple here and can always be found on the menu. It is served with mojo sauce, a spicy red sauce that is amazing after a day in the sun.

Rancho canario – a thick and fatty meat soup of beef, chicken, and rabbit with peas.
