La Hummusería is a gastrobar located on Calle Hernán Cortés, in the heart of Madrid.

As its name suggests, this place specializes in serving dishes whose main element is Hummus.

Hummus is a type of chickpea puree, composed of lemon juice, tahini and olive oil, that is very typical in the Middle East, although it has already spread globally.

It is also a dish widely used in vegetarian cuisine since it does not contain any animal components.

In Hummusería, we will find this dish served with a small salad of what we choose and large loaves of bread that will satisfy us completely. The only downside is that part of this dish there is more variety, so we can not visit this place several days in a row if we do not want to get bored of the same.

The desserts are handmade like everything prepared in this gastrobar, and they are really delicious.
