Artemisa was founded in 1990, being pioneers in the vegetarian kitchen of Madrid, and has maintained the philosophy of combining a healthy yet full of flavor kitchen.
Respecting this balance, we developed a menu in which vegetarians, vegans and not-vegetarians find a satisfactory option.
In 2016 we became the first vegetarian gluten free restaurant in Madrid. We wish to share this new adventure with you, customers and friends.
