Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), through its Vice-Rectorate for Internationalisation, carries out a wide range of international activities. The programmes are organized and financed mainly through the University’s own initiatives in cooperation with other institutions (international agreements), participation in programmes sponsored by the European Union (European Programmes), and by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (AECI: Spanish Agency for International Cooperation), as well as other national and international entities
Main activitives : To provide information about the international agreements and programmes in which the UAM participates, To process applications for mobility grants corresponding to our university in the aforementioned programmes and agreements, To manage the commitments arising from the participation of the University in different programs and international agreement, To manage the reception of foreign students and staff coming to our university in the framework of exchange programs, To coordinate the activity of the different International Relations units of UAM Centres.
